We then 3D print a guide that allows us to precisely place the implant in the perfect position, with most all of the variables already known prior to your coming in. This allows for a faster, more predictable placement. Second, we are the only office in Western Kentucky with an in-house lab manufacturing custom abutments and zirconia crowns for your implant, as well as 3D printing your surgical guide. This allows for greater control (Dr. Cunningham designs and manufactures), greater cost savings, and faster treatment times.
Although our implants are among the most affordable in the area, we realize that it can be challenging financially. For this reason, we offer payment plans catered to you and your specific case.
